    Terms & Conditions: -
    1. The school will arrange room and Projector / objects for taking all classes .
    2. The classes will start after admission of all students.
    3. The duly filled in Admission Form should be sent to the Registered Office.
    4. It is compulsory to attach a photocopy of self attested mark - sheet of last qualifying exam and affix a recent passport size colour photograph on appropriate place and also staple two extra colour photograph with the admission form. 5. DD infavor of 'EDU POWER' is payable in Kolkata , (Kestopur Branch)
    6. It is for the student himself / herself to see whether he / she is eligible for a certain examination or not. The Institute does not hold itself responsible if a student's admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examining body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he she has paid to the Institute.
    7. It is suggested that if the student / parent wishes to give any other information like achievement, any other detail, they may use a separate sheet or paper.
    8. EDU POWER reserves the right to make any change in its centre and programs without any prior notice.
    9. Any fees once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
    10. Students are prohibited from bringing valuable in the form of gold ornaments, mobile, cameras etc. Institution will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
    11. In case of GST or any kind of indirect Tax is levied by the Govt. or as per any law then the same will be charged from the students/parents.
